Our Promise

  • To treat everybody courteously and fairly.
  • Offices will be open 09:00-17:00 (minimum) Monday to Friday.
  • To answer telephone calls within 5 rings.
  • Always to have a director available for immediate decisions.
  • To answer all correspondence within one working week.
  • All missed calls are returned by close of business.
  • To have all applications posted by close of business next working day.
  • All subcontractors to be paid by close of business Friday providing we have received the correct paperwork and identification.
  • To chase all applicant packs to ensure we can pay you on time.
  • Not to allow bank holidays to delay payments.
  • To email remittance advices each Thursday.
  • To strive to ensure that any errors do not cause delays in payment.
