- All missed calls are returned by close of business.

- All subcontractors to be paid by close of business Friday providing we have received the correct paperwork and identification.
- To chase all applicant packs to ensure we can pay you on time.
- Not to allow bank holidays to delay payments.
- To email remittance advices each Thursday.
- To strive to ensure that any errors do not cause delays in payment.
